Enrollment

Registration takes place between February 1st and August 1st and includes:

registration within the parish (where applicable)

completion of a registration form

copy of the child's birth certificate

copy of the child's baptismal certificate (where applicable)

request for transfer of records from previous school

compliance with school code regarding medical/dental records

registration fee of $50 per child

We also offer:

before and after school programs

Montessori pre kindergarten program for ages 3 - 5

extra-curricular sport programs

scouting

music instruction

hot lunch program

Archdiocesan schools do not discriminate on the basis of gender, race, color, or national and ethnic origin in administration of educational policies, loan programs, athletic or other school-administered programs.

Saint Bartholomew School follows the State of Illinois guideline regarding the age requirement of a September 1st cut-off date with no exceptions.
